Four years ago Anna published a very vulnerable article about mental health and suicidal ideation. Little did she know it would go viral and ignite a larger conversation on what it means to want to live and want to die.
The numbers dont lie with young people and disenfranchised communities being affected by depression, mood disorders, and suicide now more than ever .
Anna has inspired me to open up about my journey with these thoughts and feelings and how isolating it can be in a world where you are either crazy or perfectly fine.
